CSIR UGC NET December Recruitment 2023 – Apply Online for UGC NET

National Testing Agency (NTA) invites online applications for Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2023 examination to determine the eligibility of Indian Nationals for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS) /Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges.Those Candidates who are interested in the vacancy details & completed all eligibility criteria can read the Notification & Apply Online.

Pattern of exam- Objective Type with MCQ

Total Test Papers- 1. Chemical Sciences   2. Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences  3. Life Sciences  4. Mathematical Sciences   5. Physical ScienceMedium of the Paper-  Bi-lingual (English and Hindi)

Application Fee

1. For General Candidates: Rs. 1100/-
2. For General-EWS/ OBC-Non Creamy Layer Candidates: Rs. 550/-
3. For SC/ST/ Third Gender Candidates: Rs. 275/-
4. For PWD Candidates: Nil

Qualification

• M.Sc. or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/ BS-4 years/ BE/ B. Tech/ B. Pharma/ MBBS with at least 55% (without rounding off) marks for General (UR)/General-EWS and 50% (without rounding off) for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST, Third gender and Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates.

• B.Sc. (Hons.) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in Integrated MSPhD program with at least 55%^ (without rounding off) marks for General (UR)/General-EWS; 50%^ (without rounding off) marks for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST, Third gender, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates are also eligible to apply

• B.E./ B.S./ B.Tech./ B.Pharma/ MBBS final year/result awaited candidates are eligible to apply for fellowship only. These candidates will not be eligible for Lectureship/Assistant professor. B.Sc. (Hons.) final year/Result awaited candidates are not eligible to apply.
